Christmas Delivery Delays and Gift Certifcates

We apologise for delays in receiving certain orders. We are doing our best to have all orders placed before today delivered by Christmas.

If you are shopping for a late Christmas gift with ShopOnLion may we sugest you purchase a gift certificate or request a certificate for your order to give as a gift on Christmas.

ShopOnLion Service Update 14 December 2010 Parcels despatched in the UK are still way behind schedule.

Bad weather conditions over the previous few weeks are still causing delays to parcel collections and deliveries throughout the UK. Parcel Carriers are working to get back to an acceptable service as soon as possible, yet there remain large backlogs in many delivery networks, which may still take days to clear.

While most ShopOnLion orders have only been and still are delayed by one or two days, certain orders placed between 28 November are 6 December are stuck in transit. If your order is affected we are still working to get outstanding orders delivered by 18 December.
