We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

To display shipping costs enter your item into the shopping basket using the "Add to Basket" button, then select your country and delivery method using the menus (unwanted items can easily be removed)

Top Customer Tip

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Certain weight bands have a fixed cost or are Free. To obtain the best value for money try and make your order fall into most economical weight band by adding or removing items. The weight of an item can be found on its detail page.

Free UK Delivery

Many items have the option of FREE Courier Delivery to an address within the United Kingdom Mainland. When you order an item with the FREE Courier Delivery option other items in your order, delivered to the same address will also then have free delivery.
*Please note: Certain Items shipped directly from outside suppliers may not benefit from this offer.

Delivery Time

When you place an order,will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

No Nonsense Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you can return them to our United Kingdom address within 14 days, in the condition they were received, and we will exchange the items or refund your money less shipping costs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under English law.

Please note:

Consumable products that have been opened and are not defective cannot be returned. Replicable and down-loadable media will be replaced if defective but cannot be refunded. Clothing items that have been worn other than to" try-on" cannot be returned unless latently defective. Special orders and custom made items are not covered by this guarantee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account(or temporary account), view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We can arrange collection of unwanted items for a fee of £9 (UK Mainland only) and £15 to £25 up to 25 kilograms (ROI and Northern Ireland). This fee may be fully /partially waived in certain circumstances.

Please note:

Returns from outside the UK and ROI are the responsibility of the receiving party.

Refunds

If a refund is requested for a returned item, you should expect to receive it within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund far more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
