Bad weather conditions over the previous few weeks are still causing delays to parcel collections and deliveries throughout the UK. Parcel Carriers are working to get back to an acceptable service as soon as possible, yet there remain large backlogs in many delivery networks, which may still take  days to clear.

While most ShopOnLion orders have only been and still are delayed by one or two days, certain orders placed between 28 November are 6 December are stuck in transit. If your order is affected we are still working to get outstanding orders delivered by 18 December.
