Severe weather conditions over the last few weeks have caused delays to parcel collections and deliveries throughout the UK. Parcel Carriers are working hard to get back to a normal service as soon as possible, yet there are still large backlogs in many delivery networks, which may still take a number of days to clear.

While most ShopOnLion orders have only been and still are delayed by one or two days certain orders placed between 28 November are 6 December are stuck in transit. If your order is affect we are working to get this resolved and all outstanding orders delivered by 18 December.
