The contents of you basket can be viewed and changed at anytime by clicking the "View Basket" link located at the top of every page.

Payment:

We accept payment by: all major Credit Cards; Cheque; International Money Order; PayPal; or Direct Deposit into our bank account. All payment methods take place on a secure server approved by Barclaycard Merchant Services

To pay with a Credit Card follow the on-screen instructions at "Checkout" and select " Pay with your Credit / Debit Card" Complete Checkout by entering your Credit Card details.

To pay by Cheque or Money Order follow the on-screen instructions at "Checkout" and select "Pay by cheque " Complete Checkout and post your cheque to the address given on the email receipt.

To pay via PayPal follow the on-screen instructions at "Checkout" and select "Pay using Paypal"

To pay via Direct Deposit follow the on-screen instructions at "Secure Checkout" and select the "Pay by cheque" request our banking details in the area provided. When checkout is complete we will contact you with our bank details

No order shall be deemed to be accepted until goods have been dispatched. No goods will be dispatched until payment is received.

All our prices

Are displayed in British Pound Sterling (£). Our online shop operates in British Pounds (GBP £), this is the main currency displayed in the shopping basket. An equivalent amount in US Dollars ($) and Euro will also be shown in the shopping basket below the GBP £ amount. When paying by Credit Card from outside the United Kingdom an equivalent amount will be charged to the Credit Card in your native currency at the exchange rate to the British Pound.

Because of daily variations in the exchange rate the advertised US dollar (USD $) and Euro price may not exactly match the amount charged to your Credit Card.

Shipping:

To display shipping costs enter your item into the shopping basket using the "Add to Basket" button, then select your country and delivery method using the drop down menus (unwanted items can easily be removed).

Most items have FREE Recorded Delivery to an address within the United Kingdom Mainland.

For quick and problem-free delivery, most of our products are shipped from stock we hold in the United Kingdom. Certain items may be shipped directly from their country of origin but this will be clearly stated.

Dispatch date will be confirmed by email shortly after your order is processed.

UK Deliver Methods

Free Recorded Delivery for parcel up to 2 kilograms. A signature is required on delivery. Limited lost parcel insurance.

Free Non-Recorded Delivery for parcels up to 2 kilograms. - No signature required on delivery. Limited lost parcel insurance.

Traceable Courier Delivery for single parcels up to 25 kilograms or parcels with a combined weight up to 75 kilograms. Free for Parcels over 2 kilograms. - A signature is required on delivery. Parcels are covered for loss and limited damage.

Priority Traceable Courier Delivery for single or combined parcels with a weight up to 500 kilograms. A signature is required on delivery. Parcels are covered for loss and damage.

Approximate United Kingdom Delivery Time unless otherwise stated

FREE Recorded / Non-Recorded Delivery time is two to five working days.

Traceable Courier Delivery time is two to five working days.

Priority Traceable Courier Delivery time is two to three working days.

Approximate Europe delivery time unless otherwise stated is three to seven working days

Approximate USA and Canada delivery time unless otherwise stated is five to ten working days

Approximate Rest-of-World delivery time unless otherwise stated is seven to fourteen working days

Delivery time is not guaranteed and excludes weekends and holidays. Full insurance and tracking is NOT available on FREE Delivery. The maximum loss compensation for Free Delivery is £36 and payout cannot be guaranteed. Priority Courier Delivery has full insurance and tracking so is recommended orders totaling over £50, or if your local postal service is unreliable.

More than 99% of our United Kingdom packages arrive safely and within specified time using Free Recorded Delivery. Traceable Courier Delivery is the only option for orders to Europe, USA and Canada.

What to do if you are not home to receive your order:

If there is no one home to accept your order, your door will be "carded". This card will give the phone number of the depot where your parcel is being held. You can phone the number and have the item redelivered at a more convenient time, or to a different address. You can also have the parcel delivered to your local post office for a small additional charge.

Customers outside the European Union Please note:

We do all we can to give you a fast problem free delivery, but do not claim to have knowledge of all the various laws of postal importation into every country. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of postal importation unique to your country. Please check local laws before ordering remedies, alcohol, food or animal products. If you are unsure of your local laws regarding a certain item visit our Online Helpdesk before ordering. Further to this, very occasionally there are unforeseen customs charges not covered by our shipping fee, while we do what we can to avoid this, if incurred these charges are the responsibility of the receiving party.

No Nonsense Return Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you can return them to our United Kingdom address within 14 days, in the condition they were received, and we will exchange the items or refund your money less shipping costs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under English law.

We can arrange collection of unwanted items for a fee of £9 per 25 kilograms (UK Mainland only) and £15 to £25 per 25 kilograms (ROI and Northern Island). This fee may be partially waived in certain circumstances.

Please note:

Consumable products that have been opened and are not defective cannot be returned. Replicable and downloadable media will be replaced if defective but cannot be refunded. Clothing items that have been worn other than to" try-on" cannot be returned unless latently defective. Special orders and custom made items are not covered by this guarantee.
