Payment:
We accept payment by: all major Credit Cards; Cheque; International Money Order; through PayPal; or by Direct Deposit into our bank account. All payment methods take place on a secure server approved by Barclaycard Merchant Services .

To pay with a Credit Card follow the on-screen instructions at "Checkout" and select " Pay with your Credit / Debit Card" Complete Checkout by entering your Credit Card details.

To pay by Cheque or Money Order follow the on-screen instructions at "Checkout" and select "Pay by cheque "
Complete Checkout and post your cheque to the address given on the email receipt.

To pay via PayPal follow the on-screen instructions at "Checkout" and select "Pay using Paypal"

To pay via Direct Deposit follow the on-screen instructions at "Secure Checkout" and select the "Pay by cheque" request our banking details in the area provided. When checkout is complete we will contact you with our bank details.
*Please note: No order shall be deemed to be accepted until goods have been dispatched. No goods will be dispatched until payment is received.

All our prices
are displayed in British Pounds (£). Our online shop operates in British Pounds (GBP £), this is the main currency displayed in the shopping basket. An equivalent amount in US Dollars ($) and Euro will also be shown in the shopping basket below the (GBP £) amount. When paying by Credit Card from outside the United Kingdom an equivalent amount will be charged to the Credit Card in your native currency at the exchange rate to the British Pound.
*Please note: Because of daily variations in the exchange rate the advertised US dollar (USD $) and Euro price may not exactly match the amount charged to your Credit Card.

Shipping:
To display shipping costs enter your item into the shopping basket using the "ADD TO BASKET" button, then select your country and delivery method using the drop down menus (unwanted items can easily be removed).
*Please note: Most items have FREE "Normal delivery" to an address within the United Kingdom.

For quick and problem-free delivery, most of our products are shipped from stock we hold in the United Kingdom. Certain items may be shipped directly from their country of origin but this will be clearly stated.
Dispatch date will be confirmed by email shortly after your order is processed.

We have two deliver methods "Normal" or "Priority". Approximate delivery times can be seen below.

Normal delivery time (unless otherwise stated):
United Kingdom - two to five working days
Europe - four to ten working days
USA - six to ten days working days
Rest of World - ten to fifteen working days

Priority delivery time (unless otherwise stated):
United Kingdom - one to two working days
Europe - three to five working days
USA - four to seven days working days
Rest of World - seven to twelve working days

Delivery of Potjie Pots from South Africa:
UK - eight weeks
Rest of World - eight to twelve weeks
South Africa - ten days

*Delivery of an order can be progressed via our Online Helpdesk.

Delivery time is not guaranteed and excludes weekends and holidays. Full insurance and tracking is NOT available on Normal Delivery. The maximum loss compensation for Normal Delivery is £28 and payout cannot be guaranteed. Priority Delivery has full insurance and tracking so is recommended for international orders; orders totaling over £30, or if your local postal service is unreliable.
*Please note: More than 99% of our United Kingdom packages arrive safely and within specified time using "Normal Delivery". The figure for international packages is 90% using "Normal Delivery" and 99% using "Priority Delivery". Priority Delivery is recommended for international orders.

What to do if you are not home to receive your order:
If there is no one home to accept your order, your door will be "carded". This card will give the phone number of the depot where your parcel is being held. You can phone the number and have the item redelivered at a more convenient time, or to a different address. You can also have the parcel delivered to your local post office for a small additional charge.
*Please note: this information is only relevant to the United Kingdom, though most countries use a similar system.

*Customers outside the European Union Please note; We do all we can to give you a fast problem free delivery, but do not claim to have knowledge of all the various laws of postal importation into every country. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of postal importation unique to your country. Please check local laws before ordering remedies, alcohol, food or animal products. If you are unsure of your local laws regarding a certain item visit our Online Helpdesk before ordering. Further to this, very occasionally there are unforeseen customs charges not covered by our shipping fee, while we do what we can to avoid this, if incurred these charges are the responsibility of the receiving party.

No nonsense return Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you can return them to our United Kingdom address within 14 days, in the condition they were received, and we will exchange them or refund your money less shipping costs.. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under English law. To return / exchange an item or cancel an order visit our Online Helpdesk and complete the relevant form.
