Extra hot Chili spice from South Africa - add bite to Biltong or really spice up your cooking

This blend has Barbeque flavour with top notes of cayenne pepper for heat. Coarse chili and parsley are incorporated for visual quality. Use carefully when cooking or add sparingly when eating - it's hot!

When used for making Biltong

Mix 10 grams of this spice with 40 grams of our Premium Biltong Spice per kilogram of raw meat when making biltong with a chili tang.

Alternately, sprinkle 20 grams per kilogram on complete biltong (or food).

To make Biltong Chilli-Bites use a blend of 50% chilli-bite seasoning and 50% Premium Biltong Spice Use the preparation method listed here cut your meat into extra thin strips and dry for an extra day.

This Chilli-Bite Biltong seasoning pack contains 450 grams of spice, enough to flavour 10 kilograms of complete biltong or 40 kilograms of raw meat when mixed with biltong spice.
